Calling All Fort Lauderdale Makeup Lovers!

Tomorrow, Thursday October 7th, head to the W Hotel in Fort Lauderdale for the second annual Lipstick Lounge Event benefiting the University of Miami's Sylvester Cancer Center.



Tickets are $35, and the event lasts from 7-9pm. Guests will enjoy cocktails, sample food from Steak 954, and tasty treats from several local vendors. Spa treatments and samples, makeovers will be done, and oodles of cosmetic goodies will be on hand to play around with.

And for you fashionistas, there will be a fashion show featuring local fashion designers from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.

This event is part of Glam a Thon, and is related to the 1K "pink" walk (The Glam Doll Strut) on October 16th, where participants will be decked out in all pink and proceeds also go to the UM Sylvester Cancer Center.
