Yesterday we went to the zoo, and I got some great pics on my nuevo camera. We had a great tiempo con some of my family from back home. Really, I'm blowing some of them up and framing them for our next apartment, which we should be finding in the next semana or so...

I have been battling a vicious case of the travelbug. Seriously, hoy I was thisclose to booking a ticket to NYC for a quick jaunt to enjoy lunch in Central Park, meander around a little bit, and be home before midnight. Just like Cinderella.

The inspiration? I got an email yesterday for $10 each way flights to NYC...now, as I reflect, I'm really kicking myself for not calling sick and following the call to the big city.... :*(

Last night, Novio and I were in Orlando visiting family, as I mentioned earlier. Some delicious comida was laid out buffet style, and margaritas and aguirdiente were plentiful. His cousin suprised his wife with a live Vallenato band that played in the garage for a few hours....here are las fotos:
